Summer Fruit Pie

"Our favorite summer time dessert. Great for impromtu bbqs. Ice cold and just the right amount of sweet. I prefer the apple, but the cherry is tasty too!"

  1. Wow...so good and super easy! After cooking most of my life, I should have thought of this before but never did :( I used cherry pie filling because we don't care for canned apple filling and it turned out great. Thanks for posting this "too hot to turn on the stove to make a pie" recipe! (To think I only used prepared graham cracker crusts for pudding pies and cheesecake before!)
