"My boyfriend is seriously addicted to this stuff. Just use it in the right proportion and it can be scaled to any volume. Great on burgers, fries, eggs, just about anything you would already use with ketchup."

- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

What's not to love...especially if you love the heat! I used 3 tsp of the ketchup and 1 tsp of the sriracha sauce...just the perfect amount for my fries...I use to love the hot ketchup that was sold in the stores and seems to be unavailable now...but no longer...I will just make my own...thanks for posting it...made for Fall PAC 2012

Ever since I can remember I've enjoyed cooking. I would say that I am adventurous in the kitchen and like to try new dishes and ingredients. I am lucky to live in an area that promotes local farmers and local foods. One of my favorite seasons is summer because of all the farmers markets and u-pick farms.
