  • Cook Potatoes and mash with butter.
  • Beat cream cheese and sour cream and salt until light and fluffy. Add potatoes and chives and stir.
  • Cooked in greased 9x13 dish at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

  1. I made these for Thanksgiving and they were the most popular dish on the table and there were no leftovers! They were so good that the family requested that I make them again for Christmas. So cheesy, creamy, tasty and the paprika and chives make it. I used whipped cream cheese which stirred in better. My fave potatoes ever I think! Mandy, Marlton
