Triple-Layer Mud Pie

"Copied from Food and Family magazine. I haven't tried a lot from there but wanted to save the more interesting looking (to me) recipes before the kids trashed the magazines. Cook time is time in the refridgerator"

  • Mix chocolate and condensed milk until well blended. Pour into crust; sprinle with peanuts.
  • Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick.).
  • Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding over the peanuts in the crust.
  • Add half of the whipped topping to the remaining poudding; stir until well blended. Spread over the pudding layer in the crust.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Refridgerate 3 hours before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
