- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
directions
- Mix together. Stir well. Chill in refrigerator and serve with your choice of fresh vegetables. The dip may also be used as a salad dressing.

I live in St Albert, Ab., Canada. That is just north of Edmonton. I was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and moved here in 1981. I have been married for 24 years, and have 2 children, one of which is now married. I work full time at Canada Post, which keeps me fairly busy, but I do enjoy to cook...when I have time.
