Velveeta Fudge 1 1/2 Backflip

- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb butter
- 1 cup cocoa (I use Hershey's)
- 4 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (that's right cayenne pepper)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
directions
- In a saucepan , over low heat, melt cheese and butter whisking until smooth. In a large mixing bowl, mix together cocoa, sugar, and pepper.

- mix well. Candy will become stiff. Work by hand and remove to a
- 9x9x2 inch square pan. Press into corners and smooth out.
- Because of the butter content, blot top of candy with paper towels.
- Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.

But nobody grills a porterhouse steak like my sweetie. We are looking for new recipes all the time. When I found RecipeZaar I new I had hit the jackpot. Our favorite restaurant is an all you can eat place called The Old Feed House; <br />Catfish, froglegs,ribs, etc with all the trimmings. Standing room only at times.</p>
