  1. mix onions and green bell peppers
  2. mix dijon mustard, tartar sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
  3. With your hands slowly pour in mix of dijon mustard, tartar and other sauce. Very gently mix that together.
  4. mix in the omions and green bell peppers.
  5. Squish them in to balls and put them on a plate covered in foil.
  6. Let the crab cakes sit in the fridge for a half an hour.
  7. Take them out of the fridge and put the crab cakes on a pan covered in foil.
  8. Oven will be on high and you will cook each side of the crab cakes for 8 minutes.
