  1. WJKing, this is a very tasty recipe! I didn't change a thing with the orginal recipe, but threw in a couple of cashews for an added taste. This recipe brought back a taste of home to me. Excellent!

  2. We had company for supper this weekend and I served this salad. I'm not a salad eater, but everyone else was and they definitely enjoyed this salad. Rave comments and my DH was upset cos there wasn't any left. (I made a double batch)

  3. Good stuff! Used fat free sour cream and mayo. It works just fine that way. Also, low fat turkey bacon and added some slivered almonds for crunch. Nice work, WJ.

  4. Great salad! I had the cauliflower but had to use frozen broccoli which worked well. I did add sunflower seeds as well. I didn't have carrots, but everything else was the same. We will have this salad again, it's very good as a side dish with any meat. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

  5. LOVE IT!!! Super salad for anytime of the year! THANKS! I made it just as the recipe stated, but i think I might try and add some sunflower seeds next time for a change.
