- 1 pork tenderloin (usually a little less than 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried rosemary
directions
- Place tenderloin in greased baking dish.
- Spread Dijon mustard over top of tenderloin.
- Sprinkle pepper, thyme and rosemary on top of Dijon coating.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until done as shown by meat thermometer.
