  • To make sauce, mix mustard,mayo and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until blended and heated through. Set aside.
  • Mix together ham, cream cheese, swiss cheese, 1/2 cup crushed french fried onions and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Set aside.
  • Butterfly each chicken breast.
  • Season inside and outside with salt and pepper.
  • Fill each chicken breast with 1/4 of cheese mixture and close.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Coat the outside of each breast with egg, then roll in remaining crushed onions.
  • Place on baking sheet. bake 20-30 minutes unti cooked through.
  • Serve with sauce on side.
