- 1 shallot, diced
- 60 g chorizo sausage, diced
- 30 g kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1⁄2 tablespoon chives, chopped small
- 1⁄4 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- Heat oil in pan on med-high heat.
- Coat pan with oil and saute diced shallots, chorizo and olives.
- Take off heat and add chives and lemon juice.
- Serve under baked goat cheese with bread.
