This sauce is excellent!!! My family and I loved it I found a center cut pork loin chop recipe online & added my twist to it & everything turned out perfect I cooked the sauce with Gulden's spicy mustard & some extra dashes of Tabasco sauce then poured it over chops that I had marinaded in canola oil, sea salt, fresh ground peppercorns, Everglades seasoning, & ceyenne pepper. Then I put them on the coated broiler pan & topped them each in the center with some chopped garlic first then a slice of onion on top & pressed down slightly & put a cup of water in the bottom of the pan & covered with foil & baked at 350 1-hour then removed foil & continued cooking 'til browned nicely also added 1 cup water when the 1st cup started to dry up. I let the chops rest a few minutes & poured the sauce on top & enjoyed! I also made roasted seasoned potatoes & onions also fresh buttered cauliflower. It was one of those nights everything came out perfect! As I write this I'm thinking next time I'll wrap a slice of bacon around the edge of the chop & toothpick it for some extra flavor & juice.

I am a 22 year old newlywed. My husband works in seizmographing so we travel alot, we spend about 1/3 of the year in our home town. I love to cook and try new recipes, my husband is kind of picky on some things but most of the time I can either disguise the ingredient he doesn't like or use something similar he will approve of. Since we stay in hotels most of the time, I favor recipes which I can cook in a crock pot or electric skillet. When we are home in Texas, that's when I go all out and use the recipes with ovens and stoves involved. I am always looking for ways to improve my cooking (and baking) so please feel free to comment as you like on any of my own recipes which I may post.
