- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 1⁄2 cups tomato juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- cayenne pepper, a pinch (or to taste)
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together .
- Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle on salad and toss.
