Winter Meatloaf

"I found this recipe in an issue of Prairies North (winter 2009). This is a hearty Canadian meatloaf and a true comfort food. Just the thing on a cold and windy winter's night that warms the body and soul. Serve this with some good old fashioned mashed potatoes and some baby carrots with butter."

  1. This was REALLY good! I've been on a serious hunt for the perfect meatloaf and this comes pretty close. The only change that I made was to add 2 cloves of garlic and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce. My 2 kids loved it and my husband who usually hates meatloaf was a huge fan. Thanks for the great recipe!!
